Post-Christian America?

A few interesting articles coming out these days....

The End of Christian American

Christians At The Gate

What do you think? Are we headed for a post-Christian America? What does it mean to the Church? What does it mean to your spiritual walk?

I need everybody needs a Absolute/Higher Power in their lives. Christianity in my perception doesnt seem to be declining but progressing. The
quote secularization some refer to is utter nonsense and untenable in my view on a day to day basis.

Thanks for the input, however its quite obvious that some people don't seem to need a "higher power" and function quite well without one (many atheists have better "fruit" than Christians). I must have a different definition of "Christianity" or "progressing".
